This is probably the worst Taco Bell in middle tn. It seems as if they make up a new excuse everyday not to work. Every single time I pull up all the employees are outside hanging out then rush in. Most days they are only accepting cash, some days the system is down, others there are no “fried” items avaliable. Everyone is rude on top of it always being a problem. This has been consistent for almost 2 years now. Get it together or shut it down so something new can replace it.

This Taco Bell is the worst managed and ran place I have ever seen and I've been to plenty of Taco Bell's in my life. You don't have high expectations for Taco Bell. This place is always out of something. The drive thru board stays broken and unreadable. How they are still operating is beyond comprehension. Believe me you don't expect much if you do drive at Taco Bell but this place is the absolute worst. You may ask so why do I go to there? Just because my teenage wants Taco Bell but I will now drive her 5 miles out of the way to find a different Taco Bell. What you'll do for your kids. Location is only reason this place can stay in business.
