Y’all, I’m telling you this location should be the gold standard for ALL Wendy’s, Nationwide. The lady taking orders at the drive through was so positive and upbeat and funny. I don’t always have a laugh with drive through workers (or fast food employees in general)I ordered a Dave’s Double cheeseburger, no ketchup. And I heard the window lady verbally communicate it to the kitchen, AND double checked with the cook as she put it in the bag. Now I know you’ve seen the picture of the burger, and I can tell you it is indeed real. This is no photoshop burger from an advertisement. I was so impressed I had to send pics to my food industry friends and fast food aficionados, and respectfully, everyone was blown away. The ingredients the ingredients were consistent all the way through. There was pickle, onion, and tomato the entire time and it’s stayed together. this burger couldn’t have been real but it was.I enjoyed the best fast food burger of my life, and felt I needed to know who made this! So I went inside and everyone was so nice and welcoming. I really have to give it to them, they aren’t like most other fast food spots where I’m just an inconvenience by walking in. So I found the guy who crafted the burger. I wish I had got his name. But hopefully y’all can find out. I tipped him cash too, so whoever got tipped for a burger, that man need a to be given a promotion, sent around to train every place on how to do it as well as he does. Thank you. Keep making good burgers and making people enjoy fast food again.

Been there twice and each time nobody will answer their microphones went around to the window and the lady opened it up really really rude so I just left. I didn’t even order anything.

The restaurant was filthy, the fries weren't a full order, and the burger was seriously overcooked.

This place needs to be cleaned and the staff trained on sanitation and service. I ordered a large chili, and they left an inch of the cup unfilled. I saw an employee wipe his nose and handle food, and it was disgusting. I won't be back.

I've had good meals here in the past, but my last visit 22 days ago was not good. I was there at lunchtime and everything was stale. I could have gotten takeout at a restaurant for the same price.
The manager "Heather" shouldn't be there. I watched her scream at multiple customers. They didn't even get my order right but I didn't come back bc how she treated people including me while we was in there ordering. I only know her name because someone ther asked for her by name. The regional manager needs to pop in for a surprise visit and see how customers who choose to come there instead of other places. If ur rude and don't know how to treat people get out of the people business. I'll take my business elsewhere

Absolutely terrible Wendy’s. Today I’m especially irked, I ordered a Grilled Chicken Wrap and for whatever reason they decided to put bacon on it but I don’t eat pork. The baked potatoes are never fresh. I’m never going to this Wendy’s again.
