If I could give ZERO stars AND still leave a review, I WOULD. My entire family has been sick and off work after eating at this restaurant 2 days ago. We have a severe level of food poisoning. EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK …. We sure did!!

Not sure why every Wingstop I go to can’t seem to quickly process orders, but this one is added to the list. I went in and waited for ten minutes. There were five people inside waiting on orders and my order was never taken. I was never acknowledged. I saw three workers in the kitchen preparing orders. There is definitely an issue with this chain…I can’t find one that can efficiently process orders.

They don’t wear gloves or hair knits!! They mess everything up without even apologizing!! I highly DON’T recommend it!!!!! Very BAD experience with that branch!

They are the most unprofessional and rude location I’ve ever experienced. They use profanity with customers present and they don’t even greet you when you come in. I will NEVER eat here again! It was only one employee that was nice.

Customer service is horrible at the Smyrna TN store. The employee's don't have a sense of urgency to get the long line of customers out of the store. I think that it's ridiculous with the amount of workers on hand that customers have to wait up to an hour to get their order. Also, the employees don't exhibit good customer service skill. The food is good, but not good enough to make people wait an hour. I will never give them my business again!!
