Ordered online and food was to be ready at 5:40..I arrived at 6. Still not ready, even though the app said it was. Waited over 40 minutes and still not ready. The poor girl was working alone and had been for hours! Get this girl some help or close.

This is the best Subway in the area, no question. I have sensory issues around foods, but the staff here is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my sub is perfect!I can't tell you how frustrating it can be to get food that immediately makes you nauseous because it's not made the way you asked. This happens at other Subways sometimes, but the staff here make it perfect every time!

Stella was such a sweet heart!!! Made the sandwich exactly how I wanted it! She’s lovely!
I got the Great Garlic and when I got home and started eating the chicken tasted weird and so I called back up to the store and the manager told me that she wouldn't replace the sandwich without the old sandwich, which I had already thrown into the trash and didn't want to take it out just to have it thrown away anyways. Terrible service and terrible management when they say " I've sold a lot and you're the first to complain about the quality of the food" think they need to have an updated health inspection definitely will be contacting the health department so someone doesn't get sick or worse. Take your business elsewhere if you value your health.

It's a subway, prices haven't gotten too expensive though for a foot long. I remember the days it was like $8, now it's $12-14 for a foot long.

Walked in to order a sub at 10:42 pm and the guy was walking towards me and said “ugh, I was just getting ready to lock the door”. What a way to great your customers. So I turned around and walked out. Closing time is 11 pm, not 10:42 pm according to the web and door.

I came into the store about 5 pm Tuesday 9/27/22 and ordered a footlong Italian BMT as a take out order. I told the man behind the bar that I wanted mail on one side and brown mustard on the top I was told they no longer do brown mustard so I had to put that on when I got home. Ordered the extra meat for my BMT and wanted American cheese with all the trimmings except hot jalapenos. I went over to the register and waited for my order got my two bags of chips ordered two cookies I had ordered salt and pepper oil and vinegar and oregano on my sandwich. When I came back and was watching him wrap up the order I reminded him of the Mayo I did not see mail on the sandwich so he just squirted some along the top of the sandwich before rolling it up when I got home I realized there was no oil or vinegar the salt and pepper no oregano on my order. And no extra meat. I was not informed of the cookies. However we always order the Macadamia Cookies for Coffee the next day. I usually go to the other East Brainerd Subway to place my order because I had had similar results at this location so we've stopped by the first Subway near the interstate and discovered that it had closed it was no longer in operation so we went on up to the subway closer to our home and place this order I was very disappointed once again the last time I was here it seems like the personnel behind the counter did not really listen to the customer order close enough to get it right.
