Food was amazing, and the service was as well. We went in with three toddlers, and two babies and all the workers were so kind and welcoming

Our waitress seemed pretty overwhelmed. The food was good, but it took so long to come out that even the person busting tables kept telling us they weren't sure what was taking so long. If this were a busy period I'd understand, but other than us only 3 tables were seated.

Bring your appetite! The food is fantastic and the service is a thing of the past to experience. We toured the town square to walk off breakfast!

Nice place off the square. Great atmosphere with good service. Seems historical or something. Had to grab and go, unfortunately. Foods ok but mayb a lil more seasoning should b considered...

This is one of my favorite restaurants to frequent! It has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly. I have tried many of the dishes on the menu and have enjoyed them all. Today I ordered the pepper jack wrap and chips. So yummy.I look forward to returning soon.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free options.

We had breakfast here while visiting family. The food was really good. I had the French Toast Platter, which was prepared in a way I had never experienced before, and that cMe with a side of bacon and eggs. It was fabulous. There were 4 of us, and everyone enjoyed their meal. I am giving 4 stars because there was a haze of grill smoke that filled the restaurant and was present the entire time we were there. It was kind of overwhelming upon entering the restaurant. We adjusted to it, although it never went away completely. Afterward, all of my clothing had a smoke smell. Also, the waitress was ok, not great. She was the only one working but it was just us and 2 other tables (one table left basically as we arrived) while we were there.

Main Street Eatery takes a family owned restaurant to a whole other level. Giving culinary Southern comfort food, a twist nothing short of an art form. This darling restaurant, atmosphere and southern hospitality makes you feel a guest of an extension of their home and feels less like being a normal patron at a chain restaurant. Every detail is methodically put together in every dish and cup of coffee. Oh... you MUST try the coffee!! From the decadent yummy thick French toast that soaks over nite and delicious grits taken to a new level with Gouda and bacon this place will leave you wanting more-- wishing you had more room to spare in your stomach. I promise you will leave with a smitten smile! :)
