“Marisha Webb has taken over Hiillcrest Restaurant from her dad and has created Flour Child Bakery. The menu has fresh milled grains and pastries. My husband and I each tried a Kolache for the first time, which is homemade soft bread wrapped around meat & cheese. Wonderful! !! She also has other homemade foods such as lasagna & soups. Then, we splurged and ordered homemade Cherry Cobbler and homemade Vanilla Ice Cream!!! Delicious isn’t even a word that does it justice!!!! Finding homemade foods has truly gone out of style, so it’s so nice to find someone dedicated to how things USE to be! “
“The lamb shank is the best I've ever tasted in a restaurant. It just melts in your mouth.They serve a very wonderful variety of different foods, something for everyone.My husband loves the breakfast special. Big fluffy biscuits ?.Serving are generous and staff is very friendly.“

“Visited with family after a funeral and we were able to get seats right away, had hot, fresh, and delicious food. The restaurant was busy but it wasn't loud and the waitress was fun. We didn't have to ask for refills, she was on it. We were happier than when we came in, full of great food, and had leftovers that were just as good as when we ordered it. Definitely a hidden gem and a must eat! (Only drawback is they no longer serve the chocolate silk pie my aunt loves lol)“
