be honest with good customer service. we saw the sign outside for 12 pc dark meat, 3 sides, biscuits and 1/2 gal. tea. so we walk in order the exact same thing. Markus says that will be $56.37. i said wow isn't that a little high. according to him and his manager Dee, you only get the special if you specifically use that word when you order. i even looked at my ticket and went back and discussed with manager. she stated it was corporate policy that you don't get the special unless you specifically ask for "THE SPECIAL" at the time you order. A good company with good customer service would have said " by the way we have a special going on that's exactly what you ordered for $32.79, would you like to do that?" POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
