Papa Johns used to be low on my list of local pizza places, but we found ourselves ordering pickup a couple weeks back. To our surprise, it was really good! I'm not sure if they have new management, employees, or what happened but something definitely improved. We liked it so much we ordered again a few days ago. Same quality as a couple weeks ago. I'd suggest to anyone that has wrote them off previously, give then a second chance. We're glad we did!

It’s embarrasing that this place is even called Papa John’s. It should be called “Recycled pizza joint”. I’ve had better concession stand food than this trash. John ought to drive down from Louisville and see this embarrassing quality of pizza. I’ll stick to Tostinos next pizza night and save my money.

Very rude when order wasn't correct the receipt did not have anything that I ordered on it just the price of what I paid and my info. Was told they can't do anything about getting my order wrong twice after taking 3 different people to take my order and refunding once for having the order wrong. This was my go to place for pizza usually they had great service I don't know what has happened.

worst place I’ve ever worked. Sloppy environment, employees don’t care. Management so young and afraid to tell employees what to do or how to do it. I worked two weeks and they lost my paycheck!

Tonight our pizza sat on the counter for over 20 minutes after I was told it was still being made. This is the second time at this store my order was done and sat on the counter for a long time. Tonight I waited an hour at the Sparta store. They didn't check the pizza of our order and we received the wrong pizza. I understand sometimes things guy busy but how hard is it to check the orders sitting and waiting to be picked up.

Came to pick up pizza. Man outside talking on his phone. Went inside and they had forgotten my extra peppers. Girl didn’t know what container to put them in. Man came inside that had been talking on phone outside. He worked there. He stood there and stuck his hand up under his shirt scratching his back and went and got my peppers without washing his hands. I don’t want somebody scratching there dirty back and then touching my food with their dirty hands. Got the pizza home and it was terrible. I am never ordering from Sparta Papa Johns again. Disgusting.

this girl named emily was very rude to me and gave me horrible customer service, rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even give me the right change back. i also saw her attempt to spit in my marinara sauce. please talk to her!Parking: horrible parking spots

A few weeks ago, I went to this location and we will just say the product wasn't what I expect from this franchise. I noted that on the online survey and was called from the store. Very friendly and offered to give me a store credit for my next visit. So knowing everyone can have a bad day, I thought I would give them another chance. I went into the store and they did honor the offer, however, It took almost 1 hour for them to make a medium pizza and order of cheese sticks. At least this time it tasted great, but the fact that they only had 1 person working the store and 1 driver on a Friday afternoon doesn't speak well. I will say that 4 people showed up (guess they were called in) and after they arrived the order was completed in 10 minutes.

So I know some places can't control what is available on the app. With that said being someone who worked at restaurant who has an app when we didn't have control, we made sure to contact the person and informed them. That didn't happen. When I picked up my order yesterday, 2/8/23. I was told they didn't have any 2lt that I ordered. Was told my account would be created by the next day. I wasn't and never got my 4 2lts.
