Bonfire is a hidden gem in Spring Hill. I have read reviews about the manager being rude, but she is the most down to Earth manager/cook/server in this building. I will be coming to this restaurant more often!

I wish I had read reviews! MY HUSBAND HAS FOOD POISONING!!!!! The raw meat must sit out all day. He is puking his guts out and it’s no question it’s from eating here last night! Oh and 4 adults and one baby and it costed us OVER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

So much grease on the food, it didn't absorb the seasonings or sauces. My friend and I created entirely different bowls and they tasted almost exactly the same. It seems like maybe they don't clean the grill top throughout the day or something. Very bland. Extremely greasey. Ate it anyway and won't make that mistake again. Both of us have upset stomachs, now. People were polite, though.

Will not be coming back. So a kids min corndog is 5.95 if you want fries that's another 3.00 and if you want a drink for them another 2.75 so that is 11.75 for a kids meal with drink. (Not included taxes) The min dogs were overly cooked. The bowls for the grill were about 1 too 2 inches thick so really looked as the bowls all held about the same. My husband'stasted chemically mine was alright but not worth the 64.23 this included a 3.00 tip altho you put up your own plates and get your own drinks.Duck wantons were good ?‍♀️

I am thoroughly disappointed in the level of customer service that I have received here. My family and I have experienced several extremely rude remarks from the female manager including questioning remarks about my sons food choices, not allowing us to purchase a kids meal to go without having my son present, and witnessing extremely rude and unprofessional conservations with delivery drivers. We really enjoy the food at Bonfire, but due to the horrible customer service, we will not be visiting here any longer. We are not the complaining type typically but really do think that management needs to be called out. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the restaurant has been an issue too. We’ve received dirty cups and sat at dirty tables. The restaurants also been extremely hot on several occasions. When the place first opened, everything seemed great, but it seems to have gone downhill since new owners have taken over.

if you have ever been to a mongolian grill then you will know what I mean when I say the food is as good as you make it. you pick your meat and seasonings and then they cook it for you so dont overdue it. I did chicken and shrimp and used garlic powder and a tiny pinch of salt and then teriyaki sauce. food was cooked correctly and none of the chicken was overcooked or rubbery.

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE—barely any sauce or flavor, bone found in meat & bummy customer service. they charged me $25 for microwaved tasting mystery meat, poor quality meat, dry noodles and only 4 chunks of pineapple in a large bowl with extra noodles. **go to Ninja- Mongolian Grill in columbia, they are 200x better and friendly and not $25 ?

Great place! Very surprised to see it's not busy! Might be in a bad location from The main road. Recommend for sure. Service was great

The restaurant was hot and dirty inside. The food is overpriced and was not very good. They have plastic forks for dine in. I don't recommend.

My son and I went for supper about 5:30 pm and ordered two regulars bowls . The food had a rotten odor that seemed potentially bad . Being a transplant recipient he must be extremely cautious about questionable food. The premises was very dirty and the tables were sticky and dirty. My son went to the bathroom to get something to clean the table and said it stunk terribly and would not enter. My son is nearly forty and has attended culinary school and knows about desired cleanliness. We will not be going back to this restaurant again.

Here's my complaint with this place. The sun was beating in on the meats hard and heavy and they were basically sitting out at room temperature. Unfortunately we were all bathroom bound the moment we got home.

Decent selection of meats and veggies. They have really cut back on their selection of seasonings and sauces though. Unfortunately like many places they only had 2 workers. The place was dead when we went to eat.

Don't waste your money. Overpriced. Food isn't cooked properly. Cabbage cut too thick and nearly raw. Very slow service. Dirty restaurant. And they have the audacity to post a sign that says " if you share a large bowl we will charge an extra 8$". 0 out of 5 stars. Been to much better Mongolian grills.

Bonfire is a build your own raw ingredient bowl establishment. You pick your base (usually different kinds of rice, ramen, udon, fusilli, etc.) then you add your meats, vegetables, seasonings, and sauces. They then cook it teppanyaki style and served in an angled/slanted bowl. You're really only limited by your own imagination. They have a fairly wide selection of ingredients and my completed bowl is always delicious. The restaurant could be a little cleaner. There's sometimes residue and trash around the fountain drink area, and the tables sometimes have a grimy texture.

We were surprised at how man options they had.... Quite a lot. It's probably best to eat in because you virtually are making your own dish... they just cook it for you. Meats are fresh (shrimp was frozen). Tons of sauces to choose from to create your own taste. It was good but next time I would ask them to cook with less oil.
