We miss Good Mexican food and this place does a good job! I think if they did real shredded cheese like back in Cali where you see them shredding giant blocks of cheese, it would be even better!

Owner operator business serving delicious tacos and burritos! The flavors are fresh, original and bright. Great textures with the soft warm corn tortillas and the seared pork carnitas. They have a complimentary salsa bar. Indoor dining, outdoor covered patio with sunsets and a refrigerated cooler stocked with Mexican beer and sodas as well as fountain drinks. On Tuesday they feature many tacos at a significant discount with other daily specials during the week.

The closest thing to San Diego-style Mexican food around. They nailed it with their Cali Burrito and their hot sauce is great. We hit up Cali Burrito whenever we’re in the mood for SoCal Mexican.

The food is incredible, but unfortunately the portion sizes seem to have been significantly reduced recently. It's hard to say that you get your money's worth. However, they truly do have the best tacos in Spring Hill.

Great food, great staff. The owner is there a lot and is really friendly and chatty. The salsas they have are outstanding. Can't say enough good about this place. Hands down some of my favorite food ever. Service is quick, parking is great, prices are super reasonable, and overall, it's just a great place. I'm really glad they're in Spring Hill.
Authentically delicious California style, Mexican food. I like their carne Asada burrito. It is one of the most delicious things. I love it so much I usually go order two. also the rolled tacos are just as delicious
Fish taco was over fried. Asada taco didn't get any guac or anything in it. Disappointed

I really wish I could give them a great review but the rudeness from the girl working behind the counter tonight was so awful we won’t ever be back.I ordered a burrito (without pico) & then changed my order instead to a taco (without pico). She didn’t change it & I ended up with the burrito which would have been understandable since I did change my order but the burrito had pico! When I brought it to the girls attention I said all I really want is a taco to be made how I ordered it but she became extremely rude. She told me it was my mistake & my problem. The disrespect was unbelievable. I asked her to at least throw the burrito away for me since I wasn’t going to eat it & she said no you can do it yourself the trash can it right behind me (literally a foot behind her) so I had to walk BEHIND the counter to throw it away. If there hadn’t been people in line behind me I would have just left it.Shame on Cali Burrito for hiring such rude employees. We won’t be back or to any of their other restaurants.

Very little equipment, can't melt cheese on nachos. Lol what a joke.Me: Can you make sure they don't put potatoes in my burrito? It happens about half the time.Counter Girl: No, we trust our employees.Me: Wow, so I can't order a BEC Burrito without potatoes?Counter Girl: Yes You can, but I won't check to make sure it's right. If you get home and it's wrong just come back.Me: I have a better idea, I'll never come back.And that's why I will never eat there again. They can't make what you order and the counter people act like it's an act of God to make sure an order is correct.
