I ordered ahead and ended up waiting an hour after my order said it was ready for pickup. I was told they were waiting on fries. Then when I get my order, there were hardly any fries with my order. And the proof is in my attached picture. Also, several people that came in after me came also got their food before me.

Horrible service the last 2 times we visited. Bartender disappeared for 20 minutes and never came back the first time. Hosted had to get us what we needed. Complained to management only for her to say, she is all we have. Then today sat us down and 10 minutes later we were still waiting. Asked for a manager which never came. Use to love chilis but they need to reevaluate there staff and management at this location. We will never be back
The food was good but our waiter was absolutely horrible! He shouldn't be a waiter. He came by our table probably 15 times and stopped twice. Horrible service!
