Dont order online, in fact I wouldn't waste your money at all, they will just be petty with you at the window . Took my chips out of my what was supposed to be sealed bag just so I had to come in and ask for them or wait another 10 mins at the window.

Stopped in for lunch with my son. The place was dead, only one other customer in there. I usually get barbacoa but it looked terrible so I opted for steak. Food was ok, definitely had been sitting out a while. My son did not like his kids tacos.
Always fast service, food is consistent which is what you want. Staff was friendly.

Portion size is so small. This is such a bummer because I live right here. I got half chicken half steak and she put less than half a scoop on the spoon and then left meat on the spoon when she put it back in the meat bowl. I politely brought it up and asked for just a little bit more, but she refused to put on more meat unless I made it double meat. I talked with the manager as she was standing right there and told her the portion size was abnormally small. And let her know it was the smallest portion I've ever received at every single chipotle I've ever been to. Mind you, being polite, the whole time. I even pointed out the reviews online. Also claiming portion sizes were small. She proceeded to tell me she saw the portion size that went on the burrito and how that's how they had been taught to do portion sizes. So maybe it's an upper management thing like she claimed. I'll mind you she was polite, but never offered to make it right for me as a customer. Note to upper management, if you want your Chipotle to be better reviewed, observe all the small portion reviews on here and make some kind of change, whether it is personnel or policy.
