It takes For ever to make a pizza. I walked in and I see almost everyone on there phone. Over 1 hour to pickup the order. That use to be 10 minutes. At the end we got the wrong order.

I haven't been in over a year & figured I give it another try. Once again, charged for extra sauce & got none. Bone dry pizza sucks! I just don't understand you ask for extra cheese you get extra cheese but you ask for extra sauce and they can't complete the same task.

Driver texted us as soon as we got the On The Way message in the app, asking us if it was okay for us to meet her down in our condos parking area so she wouldnt have to come inside the building. We paid for delivery and tipped with the expectation that they would deliver to our door. Thats literally your job as a delivery person. Also, app is glitching and saying food is delievered when its not, so we ended up outside looking for our order and thinking the driver left it somewhere incorrect while waiting for the store to answer their phone just to be told its a known issue in the app. Super inconvenient experience and definitely not worth all the delivery fees.

Poor pizza, usually arrives not hot. They decided to give me a "free" pizza to compensate me for the last pizza I bought but it was going to still cost $18 store minimum. Never again. Maybe they should attempt to make good pizza instead of delivering lousy pizza in new electric cars?!
“Janalyns quality assurance” took 35 minutes and I still got the wrong (cold) pizza. Philly cheese steak pizza only had jalapeños (which I removed before taking the picture)

Ordered for car delivery, got there, and was informed my pizza had been dropped, and they were remaking it. Empoyee said they would be bringing it out to me in 5 minutes. Waited 15 minutes in the car and no one ever came back. Went into the store to see where my order was and they had left it at the window. Worst part is, the dough was undercooked when I got it home. Horrible service, and subpar product.

If it was possible to give store negative stars I would. We ordered pizzas at 4:20 PM On Halloween. Expected it to take a little longer and was told an hour. After not receiving pizzas at 6:20 pm, called again and was told they were the next order out the door. At 7:20 called again and was told that the store manager just delivered the order and left is sitting outside and the order was closed. While on the phone we looked everywhere and the order had NOT been delivered. Then I was told I could complain to the corporate office and that the store was not going to do anymore. The manager never got on the phone. Left message for district manager and still have not heard from him. 20 minutes after all this a delivery driver shows up and says he has our order. I told him we would not be paying for it and instead of giving it to us at no cost after the fiasco we went through, he left. Never again Dominos and hopefully other people do the same.

Ordered online and our pizza was quoted to arrive in 22 minutes and instead arrived in 50 minutes. At one point it even said it was 2 minutes away, then when back to "quality control" for 20 minutes. When it arrived it was overdone so wasn't even worth the wait. Go to a local place instead. You'll be much more satisfied.
