Food was good . Growing up eating homemade Mexican food it's hard not to compare it to that. Every Mexican food restaurant is different and have their own way of preparing.

I'm so glad we tried this restaurant. First of all their horchata was great. It's sad when you go to a Mexican restaurant and they sit don't have horchata. Second, their cheese dip is great, it's both spicy and flavorful. I ordered the steak and chicken fajitas and it was seasoned very well and came with a side of rice, beans, tortillas, guac and pico. Our group also ordered a fajita quesadilla, mixed fajita plate with veggies, shrimp quesadilla and 3 chicken tamales. We had 5 dinners for about $80. This will probably be our new go to mexican restaurant.

One of our favorite places in town to get some great food and margaritas. The service is great and the menu is huge! I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten at Donny A’s.

This place is my jam. My workplace orders take out weekly, and we dine in atleast once a month. Always hot plates when you order a hot dish, and always ice cold glasses when you get a michelada. Get the cheese sauce on top of whatever you order, it’s tasty. Love having this in Spring Hill.
Good Mexican food. Good service. Neighborhood atmosphere. Well be back for sure.

This is a nice little place. Got a table for 3 right away at 12 on a Sunday. The chips and salsa were delicious. I haven’t had good salsa since I left California.I tried the choripollo plate with home made tortillas. It reminded me of my mom’s cooking. This meal brought back childhood memories for sure. I will definitely return again to try another dish. Best Mexican food in town!!
Food was above average, but sitting at the bar, I would have thought the service would have been a little better. We are in Columbia, and it's Springhill, but the food was good enough that we are going back to explore the menu.

Parking is easy. There is a large lot right outside the door, and it's an easy, flat walk to enter the building.Seating was made available quickly, and the menu was well organized when given out.Floors were swept and were clean. Tables were cleared and wiped down. You didn't get that sticky feeling when you touch the table like at some restaurants. Our food was served hot and quickly. I'm a "rice guy," and I really enjoyed the flavor and consistency of the rice and the plating style. The Cheese Enchiladas were flavorful and well prepared.I'm not usually a fan of the Pico de Gallo that is usually served at restaurants, but this was fresh and gave a burst of flavor when eaten. Bravo! We were only checked on once during our dining, and that was a little disappointing as there were plenty of staff standing around near the back. Now, again, the heart and soul of a restaurant are the kitchen and the restrooms. I will always visit the head. Walking in smelled clean, no paper or trash on the floor. Porcelain units were clean. Then I looked at the floor under my feet. I was wading in the "yellow sea." The piping to the wall unit was loose, and the drain appeared to be leaking. Imagine, it is being tracked out to the tables, kitchen, and the cars leaving this establishment. Nasty! The food was good, and the total cleanliness was not. To be kind, I gave 3 stars.
