I hardly ever do this, but when you hear the employees over the speaker saying that they’re not making that, and they don’t have anything I asked for after already taking payment very bad service and no leadership. Bacon egg and cheese bagel and hash brown was all ordered.

This is the second time I’ve went there and their frozen machine was down. I understand if it’s broken but I went inside, ordered, and waited for 15-20 minutes then they finally told me that their frozen machine was broken.

I don't know what happened but this location has been awful since Novemeber. They are super slow, like 1 car at a time through drive-thru. There is always 1 person running around with her head cut off, and there is never enough people working. Management seriously needs to do better.

This is a very nice location. The staff are always so kind and friendly, plus great coffee! My husband and I went through the drive-through to get a couple of coffees, and Dakota was very friendly and professional. We prefer Dunkin over any other big chain coffee companies and we really enjoy this Spring Hill location. Thank you Dakota and the rest of the team!

Customer service is awful whoever the bigger dude is I don't remember his name but he was really rude to my wife just because we wanted to order at the window because of the rain.

Literally the worst service ay any Dunkin I have ever had. Slow service. I ordered a meduim iced coffee that wasnt even close to being full to the top. $3.80..never again at this location. I bet your making a good profit on that but not from me ever again. Go to Port Royal where the service is always top notch and you get full coffee.

I got the everything bagel minis and this is the 3rd time i’ve gone to this dunkin and my bagel minis are burnt and I can barely eat them. They are rock hard.

Last 2 visits, we had the joy of having Ms. Parker handle our order. Great service and great Chai Latte and Everything Stuffed Bagel minis. Always like the doughnuts.

Every time I come here they screw up my latte. My last one had granulated sugar in it, and the one today had no flavoring at all. And that's all I order. How hard is it to put caramel, milk and espresso in a cup???

Apparently they either don't read their reviews in an effort to get better or they just don't care. Regardless, the service here is absolutely worthless. Waited for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. We were the only ones inside. There were at least five employees milling about and standing around. A couple even made eye contact. It wasn't until we asked if they were open that they finally helped us. Might explain why many of the locations on the west coast have closed their doors...

I wrote a negative review yesterday about the experience my wife and I had at this Dunkin' location.I went to use the drive-through at this Dunkin' about 5:30am. The experience was very good. The male person who took my order was very pleasant. When I drove up to pick up the order, the male employee pleasantly greeted me, processed my payment and provided me my order.The drive-through crew was very efficient this morning! Had a great start to my morning.Thank you!

I'm sure the food is great, but we pre-ordered our coffee here for a large event, and when we arrived the day of they said they had sold out the day before. Obviously not world ending, but a call or text would have been a massive help as we had to go without coffee for our event.

We ordered a few boxes of coffee on Saturday afternoon, and when we showed up on Sunday morning at the scheduled time they said they’d sold out of boxes of coffee and didn’t have any. What’s the point of ordering it ahead of time?
