I want to start off saying that the employees are very nice but the number of times I've gone to this dunkin' donuts and they don't have any donuts is mind-boggling.The first time I let them have a pass because hey it happens and I was a little bit later in the morning but the following times have all been earlier in the morning and they still somehow don't have any donuts.The donuts are good when they have them and like I said previously the employees are super nice so no issue there. I just wish dunkin' donuts had you know, donuts.

I wish I could leave 0 stars! I never leave reviews but I needed to for this. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here. I paid $9 just to get food poisoning. They gave me a drink made with old milk. I ordered an Iced cappuccino and it didn’t even have ice in it and the milk was spoiled. It made me so sick! Absolutely disgusting. I will never spend my money at a Dunkin again.

Do yourself a favor and just go to this location if you are in the Spring Hill or Columbia area. They are far superior, typically always have supplies and machines aren’t broken. Their customer service has been 100% whether it’s a mobile order or I wait until I get there. Thank you guys for making my mornings better!

Great first expert at this location with my two girls on a rainy day. We opted to go inside as there were multiple donut choices. They had a steady business in the drive-thru but we were able to easily park (and later exit). Indoors was chilly but bright. We were greeted by 3 different employees, all with a smile, all understanding we needed time to choose (as there was no one behind us). The gentleman who helped us in the end was great, joking with the girls & making helpful suggestions. I think $10 for 6 donuts is rather pricey, however, this was a rare treat AND we were told a few of our choices would have an up charge. The donuts had decent flavor & satisfied our collective sweet tooth.

Pulled up at 4:30pm and tried to order donuts. Was told that they have the donuts delivered from another "source" I'm assuming he meant another dunkin. And once they run out of those donuts they don't sell anymore. So I'm assuming the dunkin donuts have a VERY long shelf life to not have to be rotated throughout the day with fresh product. Called corporate and asked about this policy and was told its up to the discretion of the owner in charge.

Visited Oct 7, 2023. Dunkin's averages about 3 stars for customer service, ambiance, and food for price. This location in particular came in about a 2. The parking, entrance and drive thru set up is terrible. You cannot go to park unless the drive thru cars are out of the way and the entrance no matter which you choose will have to cross the drive thru. A photo of the entrance is attach which is taken in the drive thru line by the intercom/board. I pre-ordered on the app for pick up and the donut items ordered was already out before 11A. I also found out an hour later that the OJ I ordered was not in the bag with the rest of my items. The lady's service was alright but she was annoyed at the POS system because it will not show her all of the items I ordered. I assume that's why she missed my OJ; She gave my party the two coffee and food items in a sack then walked off without a word. I was already running behind for an event and drove off. I am not native to the area so I didn't go back for it. Super bummed I got charged for an item I missed.
Love my large iced mocha latte made with coconut milk and less ice. The staff are so friendly.

This is one of my go to coffee shops and i am glad to have seen them get some help! I have seen improvements in the cleanliness and the efficiency of service. Sometimes they make mistakes but they are great about fixing them.

The lines can be long, slow, and inefficient, but I still love my DD coffee. You should take a look at what Chic-fil-a does. They have it down!
