If I could give zero or negative stars I would. A few words will sum it up…rude, incompetent, dirty. Employees clearly don’t care about their jobs or representing the company in a decent light. Don’t waste your time there.

Walked into the restaurant with the kid behind the cash register audibly and physically frustrated that I walked in because he had to wait on another customer. It was very uncomfortable, frustrating and unwelcoming like I was cramping his style because I was there and he had to work. I had never experienced anything like that before and he obviously needs better training.

I used to LOVE this location but the past 2 times I have went they prepared my order wrong, they barely put any meat on the sandwhich or they prepare the food prior to your arrival time you have lister and when you pick it up it's cold. The time before last my sub was wrong and had all the toppings I said I didn't want on it and the others almost had no sauce and that is with me putting extra sauce on the order. I ordered 3 brisket the last time and they didn't have meat on atleast 1/4 of it and where there was meat it was so thin that it looked like they spread it out so it barely covered the top of the bread. $50 for 3 subs like that just made me upset when I drove 30 minutes home to find that. I usually or 3 to 4 subs and there prices are already too high for the quality they are providing. I will be going to the shelbyville location instead since they are friendlier and prepare food correctly. Keep in mind it takes ALOT for me to write any negative reviews and after wasting this much money the past 2 times I think something needs to be done!

Excellent customer service. Prompt. Wonderful presentation. Delicious food Dining area very well kept. Clean. The counters were organized and clean. My overall experience was fantastic and I recommend this sandwich restaurant to everyone.

Terrible experience. I called ahead of time and specifically asked for the order to be double checked for accuracy since it was going to a family struggling through hardship. Kid on the phone acted like he could care less and just said, “Ok, yeah” and hung up. Sure enough the order was incorrect. Drinks for kids meals were missing. Toppings that were supposed to be left off weren’t. Toppings that were supposed to be added weren’t. My wife called to speak to a manager only to be told there wasn’t one on duty. So, she left a message with her phone number for a call back. Been over a week, no call back. Just terrible, below standard customer service all around.

I'm very surprised at the low rating this place has! I've always liked FH subs and this location is no exception. The place is very clean, staff is responsive and friendly, and the food is consistently good. They are a bit pricey but patrons know that going in. Good subs aren't cheap and cheap subs aren't good!I feel they are doing a great job there and if my waistline would allow it, I'd eat there every day!

extremely rude manager is so bitchy. i walked in at 8:30 and they had everything closed and i was like u close in 30 mins why. their only excuse was bc no one comes in this late. really. im sorry imhungry and just got off work horrible experience.

Closing early, and the person on the other end when I was called was very rude/ racist. Iam a Handicap person that was trying to get help with ordering, and was told they closed when it was not time .
