Two weekends in a row my daughter and I were told the wait would be 30 minutes. Both weekends I had to approach the desk and ask why 20+ people came in AFTER we signed in. This is pathetic customer service!

First experience here and I must day that I'm quite disappointed. The place is nice and the staff was great. However, the food was subpar. Very salty and not what I expected. The manager was a doll and took care of everything. Not sure I'll try again.

This place is a little artsy fartsy for me with some weird food, shrimp and grits. It reminds me of big bad breakfast. The food is good but you do not get near enough of it for the money. One sweet tea was $3.69 with a $6 tip. It cost me $25 for breakfast and I'm not even full. I wish Spring Hill could just build a good meat and three old school. Two strips of bacon, one pancake and two eggs and tea was 18.00. For about $3 less you get twice as much food at waffle House.

A great experience overall especially with Kayla as our waitress. She provided amazing customer service beyond our expectations. She anticipated our needs and made sure that we were continuously satisfied. Highly recommend visiting this location again.

I don’t usually like to go out and eat breakfast, so on that note, I wanted to share about my experience. My daughter took me here for brunch (she has been here before, I have not, first time) I had the Tri-Fecta, OMG! The food was amazing, just as good as cooking from home! This was a treat, such great food, clean and the staff, so friendly and kind! I can’t wait to share this experience with my husband, he will love it!

I go here all the time, and have the best experience, this last time I went with my mom and had a minor issue with the order, without hesitation the manager Robin came to the rescue!! So helpful and well accommodating, couldn’t have asked for better service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and efficient. Love this place and the atmosphere, highly highly recommend!!!
