My experience was the Five guys in Springhill FL on Cortez Street I will never go there again I like the restaurant's food but the service I mean the cashier decided she wanted to give herself a 11.00 dollar tip without asking us for a tip didn't notice it until I looked at my receipt and seen it I don't think that was right for her to do that I feel like I can't trust that won't happen again so I'm never going back So plz check your receipt before leaving I'm so upset about that.??????

Taste good but way too expensive only go there if you can afford it. I guess you can consider yourself. Lucky the peanuts are free. And the potatoes that they make the fries from are fresh other than that there other places I'd rather go.

Too pricey. Go a couple hundred yards up the street to Texas Roadhouse and get a steak to order with two sides for what a mediocre burger and fries cost at Five Guys.

The kids who served us were friendly and the food was good. It's hard to stand out in Burger world and for that reason I give 5 Guys a solid 3 stars. It's a good, solid burger. If it was a pizza, Dave Portenoy would be throwing it a 7.5 which is no bad thing. Is 5 Guys as good as Shake Shack, Bad Daddy's or In and Out? No. But is it a good Burger? Definitely. The fries are very good and it's a smart move to basically throw as many as they can at you. If you have a family or four (including 2 teenagers), a single order of large fries is enough and for $7, that's pretty impressive. Plus they are good fries. Feels like a fast food place so if you're looking for atmosphere, probably go to Red Robin. All in all, I like it and I'll go back.

I've always loved Five Guys, but the price has gotten ridiculous. Everything was fresh, the restaurant was reasonably clean, and the food tasted good. My one hangup, preventing a 5 star rating, was that a little bacon cheeseburger, little fry, and regular drink cost almost $22! That was for one person! YIKES!

The service was typical of that of any fast food chain but not too bad as I was there when it opened. The rating doesn't reflect service as that's hard to rate effectively when there were three of us in there. The stars come for value. Burger, fries and coke for $26.... A $12 hotdog ? I know the prices are posted when you order so I expected that a $12 hotdog would blow me away- nope- it was a hotdog and not even a good one because it was cold inside. If I'm $12 for a hotdog, at least earn the $ by actually cooking it so it's a "hot" dog. The hamburger was underwhelming. It was a "hamburger", not great-not bad- just a hamburger. The value to price ratio here just doesn't add up.

When you enter the store, there is a fragrant smell. Peanuts are delicious~This was my first time eating it, and I absolutely loved the burger. I wanted to eat it again the next day.I liked that the store was bright and clean.And the French fries are the best?

Five guys burgers are consistently delicious. I enjoy all the topping options, but getting your burger "all the way" is the best choice. If you've never tried their hotdogs I recommend those too! And of course if you order fries expect a mountain of them.The little cheeseburger is a pretty normal size burger, and the regular cheese burger is actually a double.
