Very disappointing experience. My wife and I have been coming to your establishment since you opened. We even supported your FB page before you opened and attended your grand opening. After last night, I don't plan on ever coming back. Last night, we walked in with a friend of ours. The place was busy and the band was rocking. Good for you. There were no tables available. Wanting to hang out, we decided to wait. Well, we waited for over an hour. During that time multiple servers walked past us time and time again. NOT ONCE did someone even say hello, let alone offer us a drink.I watched several other groups of people also waiting like us, and watched them leave because they couldn't get any service either. On top of this, there were several tables being taken up where people had not ordered anything for an hour. So your servers are losing money and you are losing money because hungry and thirsty paying customers are walking out. We have spent a lot of money there and tipped very well since you have opened. Very very disappointed. I guess next time we'll just go up the Road to Ember's.

The food quality is very consistent. Burgers and other sandwiches are good. Salads too. And the prices are reasonable, with frequent discounts on drinks depending on the day of the week. If you go when it's crowded, you will probably experience poor service. Still, I'm very glad this restaurant is so close to our neighborhood.

Food is good, drinks - get shots not cocktails - and watch how it's brought out, my shots (I ordered two bc service was bad) were brought with her fingers in them. We have been stuck with the worst waitress twice now. She's inattentive and rude as hell. I didn't even return my cocktail or correct the shots because the waitress is such a a pain. Sucks bc the band, Polly's pocket,, is so good!!!*Update to include: yes, we've spoken to management before and nothing changed.
