This place used to be pretty good. I placed an order from here from doordash today and the food was unedible. Almost everything had a soapy taste to it and the worse was the bake beans. They tasted like B.O. Absolutely disgusting! Will never eat here again.

This is the rebranded JJ's BBQ which I remember from the Main Street gas station days. Haven't been in there in a while, but quickly remembered why. Brisket is sliced either too thin or too thick. Nice smoke flavor, without the smoke ring. The thin piece are like like gyro meat and the thick pieces are chewy and rubber like. The sides are homemade and not from a jar which seems to be the standard these days. Service is quick and friendly. They obvious have a following, unfortunately I think there are better options

Got the pulled pork and Turkey, meats were so good. Sides were sweet potato fries, Mac and cheese, and cheesy potatoes, all were pretty decent. Standard BBQ sauce wasn't my favorite but wasn't bad by any means. Would definitely go again.

I used to come here at least once a week with friends from work. Last time I was there I bought 2 meals which came out to 20 something dollars. I tried to pay with a 50 dollar bill and the man at the counter told me he couldn't accept anything over a 20 from a "construction worker". Told me he would do it this time but next time I need to use my card. Someone tried to use fake money before who was a construction worker. I've never been so insulted in my life. I will make sure every single construction worker and all my family and friends know that you don't want our money. We will never be back.

Was really hoping to love this place. Gentleman at the counter was super friendly, cute decor. But the brisket was very dry & didn’t really have any flavor. I used the included bbq sauce which helped a bit. Pretty sure the baked beans were straight from the can & the Mac & cheese was frozen Stouffers Mac (with a 4yr old we have this on our menu at home quite frequently). The banana pudding was actually good, best part of the meal. Wish I could give a better review

I have found best bbq in town. I ordered bbq brisket (sliced) sandwich with fried okra on the side and the flavor of the brisket was mmm mmm good. The okra was fresh and crunchy. I've gone to other bbq places but this has to be by far the #1 place on my bbq list.

Stopped in by chance when I visited a nearby store and glad I did! Mmm! Got the Tuesday special, brisket sandwich, to go. Had a nice chat with Michael while waiting. Took the sandwich and ate it in the car. Very tender beef that was smoked just right with a perfect bit of slaw and mayo. The BBQ sauce on the side was great too. I liked it so much that I went back in right then to get another. I will definitely be back soon!
Best food for the money. Portions are more than enough. I highly recommend.
