We were in the drive-thru at 5:50 waiting for 15 minutes to place our order and when we finally got up to the window at 6:05 to order we were told that they closed at 6:00 and they take their last order at 6:00. But according to their website they close at 9:00. So maybe KFC and the Colonel need to get the hours and customer service straight!!!!

Just went today passing thru on my way back home to Columbia and order a famous bowl and nashville hot chicken. Waited in line for 10 to 15 minutes before ordering my food and then waited another 30 minutes while everyone else got their food before we did and they ordered after us. This is highly unacceptable. We waited so long we got our money back and free drinks. They offered to give us free food but I had to use the bathroom so bad I didn't want to wait any longer because it still wasn't ready. If you want fast food then go somewhere else. Thanks to the lady who refunded us our money. Guess you guys need more help but if it's going to be this way them just shut the store down and go out of business. It's first come first served in the fast good industry. Other customers shouldn't ever get their food before someone that ordered before them.

3 goofballs bouncing around each other while the 4th is trying to fulfill your drive thru order. Distracted, the poor guy forgot an item and I had to go back.Poor management.

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to, and I've been a customer of theirs for years prior to now! I am going to make a bold prediction that this branch won't be in business much longer. They are terrible! I've never seen a restaurant go downhill so quickly either. By the way, restaurants with poor customer service don't survive in Spring Hill, TN. KFC lost all their good team members, and that was before Covid. Even though they've changed management multiple times (and made empty promises each time), no one has gotten the job done. Enter Covid, now they have ridiculous hours. The thing is, if you look this branch up online, it says it has normal fast food hours. Guess again! There are the most unprofessional pieces of paper stuck to everything with their actual hours, which you don't find out until driving all the way over there. What fast food restaurant is going to make a profit only being open from 11a-7p?! Their dining room is always closed, so if they screw up your order, you'd better check it while you're still at the window to have them fix it. They always screw up orders too. If you have to drive around to the window again, it's hopeless. The line is always super long and doesn't move quickly. Last night my husband and I got to the drive-thru speaker at 7:02p, and it was either the lady wearing the headset or a recording that rudely yelled, "We're closed!" through the speaker. Horrible service. Don't care for their customers. As bad as it sounds, I'll be relieved when this KFC goes out of business. I don't think there's any hope! Don't waste your time visiting this restaurant unless you like being disappointed.

This being the only KFC around for miles one would think that they would be better to their customers. Lobby is closed for no reason because it was open with no real problems other than these lazy people wanting to get paid for doing nothing! If you do happen to visit here, which I NEVER will, be prepared to wait at least 1 hour in the drive through! They are NOT short staffed just LAZY! People walking up to the drive thru because the staff just ignores customers of soo sad! I have never experienced such horrible lazy customer service!

Waited in drive thru for 35 minutes, went to place my order at 7:48 but nobody would answer. At 8:04 I drove up to the window only to find out they closed at 8pm. All the lights and menu panel was still on. There were six other cars behind me. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location this year. I will not be back.

KFC in Spring Hill should just close the doors. Waited in the drive thru line 40 minutes to learn they were out of all chicken. I ordered sides which was filled incorrectly. Doors are locked because clearly they can’t maintain adequate staffing levels to wait on customers, or order chicken to cook. This is not the first time KFC in Spring Hill provided such horrible customer service.

Customer Service is horrible. Cashiers are rude. While placing my order, cashier just stopped talking for about 5 minutes and came back and started talking like he had never left. Told me it would take 40 minutes to drop crispy chicken (i have worked at KFC and it absolutely does NOT take that long. After completing my order, his response was, "Is that it?" In a rude tone. I asked if he had everything and he said yes but NEVER repeated my order back. Came to the window and still didn't recall my order but took my payment. Another person brought the order and actually called my order off but didnt give me my drinks. I sat there for a few minutes and they never came back. It was only 1 car behind me. They never seem to be fully staffed. My daughter said everytime she goes there, it is a problem. Major disappointment. Food was decent.

I called in an order for a 4 piece crispy wing dinner and an 8 piece original dinner dinner I was told they only had 3 we had 3 crispy wings And they and they could substitute original wing and I said no I needed 4 crispy wings she said they would cook it it would be ready in 40 minutes I get over there They were just cooking the chicken 2 employees were outside on a smoke break the manager was in the office not given one care as to what was going on going on 1 employee was trying to take care of the window and the counter are absolutely by Himself, Then when I get my order they they only had the 3 crispy wings ready so I took that that and then when I got the original they didn't have any original breasts so without even saying a word they gave me crispy Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen no wonder you hardly ever see customers at that store I cannot even believe that I can afford to pay the rent

I went to this KFC tonight as I had placed an online order for pickup. Only to get to the restaurant the lobby was closed, went to the drive thru was asked to come to the window so I waited on line only to get to the window and be told they don’t have any chicken left to fulfill my order and that they closed at 8pm. I placed my order at 750 with the understanding they closed at 9 as that’s what the website and all of the signs on their doors say. They refused to refund my money at the window and had ZERO solution other than that I needed to call corporate which is absolutely ridiculous that no one in that building could help correct a situation that was completely their fault due to them not updating their hours on their site and even on the doors to their building. This wasn’t a staffing issue this was a they’ve decided to not stay open until 9pm anymore issue and they haven’t let the corporate offices know that this is what they’re doing. Even better was that the manager who was there wouldn’t come speak to us and kept making the poor kids who were working come try and explain everything. I was nice as I know the world is short staffed but as a retail manager myself I’m completely disappointed in how the manager handled the situation as they didn’t handle it at all and left it up to the poor kids to which is unacceptable.

For the most part my experience was fine going through the drive-thru. There was a couple of things that they were out of that I wanted but I understand how that is these days the employee at the window was nice she was talkative and sound like she enjoyed her job

This place provides the absolute worst service I have ever seen from a fast food joint. Ordered a 3pc Nashville hot tender and waited about 27 minutes and still didn't get my food after the lady told me it would 5 minutes on the chicken, then proceeded to tell me after I went in and asked for my money back that it would only be 4 more minutes? 31 minutes for couple chicken tenders I mean come on man. Still never received my food after 36 minutes of waiting and all I got was a "sorry" and my money back. Horrible place never go here

The service was so friendly! They were more than happy to go through some of the menu items with me since it had been a while since I visited. Got my order right and gave me all my sauces! Better than other fast restaurants. I appreciate it!

I ordered $17 worth of food and they forgot almost half of it. Do not order the $10 big chicken box they will forgot everything except the sandwich. It also took longer than other places. The food wasn’t that bad though

went through the drive thru today and received only half of my order. should’ve checked the bag before driving off. got the $10 box and only got the sandwich and they forgot the cookie in the breast fill up box. good customer service but did not get all of my $17 worth of food
