Pizza showed up 15 mins after the “promise” time. I called and the person who answered just said “sorry about that…” What’s the point of having a promise time. Don’t use that language if it means nothing to the customers.
I just went to the Belshire in Spring Hill Tn and they were extremely busy but let me just say they were working hard trying to get all the orders done in a quick manner and accommodating everyone. The young man in the front still had a smile and offered my little boy a drink while we waited for our order. The food is always great and so is the service.
