The food is always good at any McAlister but I froze to death while eating. If I pay $38 for 2 sandwiches, chips, and drink I would at least like to do so in comfort. Also the girl up front made me feeled rushed to get out at 8:20 pm. We will stick with a different location next time I want sandwiches.

Worst McCallisters ever. Never gets any better at this location each yr. Burned bread on Club sandwich, no plastic cutlery with to go. Always run by a bunch of elementary kids and no mgr.

We do not go to the restaurant any more, but we were here last night and had terrible time, the food was so bad,( Clubs) but we asked the guy for a pickle, we saw this guy touching the doormat to clean it, picking up plates from other tables and going back to take an order, and went to kitchen after we asked him again for bringing us the pickle in 2 second, he for sure never washed his hands. Employees in the kitchen were not covering their long hair and no gloves at all, all 3 of them with long hair. we could not eat anymore in this restaurant after seeing all this.we got home and both of us puked up. If you guys are clean; do not eat in this restaurant, People who are working here are dirty, rude young people who do not care about the customers.

My family really likes McAlister’s. But while this location is by far the nicest, cleanest and brightest of all we’ve been to, the service is far and away the worst. We often get the food to go after running errands. And every. single. time, there’s an issue. We’ve gotten in the habit of checking the bag(s) before we leave because there will always be something missing. Tonight, my wife had to ask for the two au jus’s and the two bags of chips. And the girl copped a bit of an attitude in the process. An occasional miss is to be expected. But this is now SOP for the Spring Hill location. It’s like the kids AND the management need to be retrained on attention to detail. It really is enough to make this our last experience in this store.

I bought thru door dash, everything was really good. Serving size was big enough for myself for the next day.
I've tried to give this location a chance but every single time I'm here they're out of everything and it takes forever and it's priced way too high for what you get. It's always a terrible experience. I would not recommend going to this location to anyone.

The food (we were actually to get) and service were about average, but my complaint is this...Why is McAllisters CONSTANTLY out of things? Potatoes, deserts, soup.It's bizarre. And it's not just this one.I can't continue to go here and be constantly disappointed.
