Very sad to walk in and see only 3 people eating and floor debris, table debris(we cleaned the easiest one) and a plain nasty looking salsa/condiment area with no forks or cup lids without asking and dried up salsa remains scattered around the top area...this is normally our trusted "go to" for the area but the 5 young dudes here tonight weren't breaking up their chatter. Sad to see such a mess with no more busy. Steak bowl that i got was "meh", cold and they were out of lots of their add ins like peppers/onions and even lettuce, corn and mushrooms as well. Dried and crusty chicken for my wife's chicken bowl just went with everything else.The whole prep area looked as bad as the dining room...Sorry Spring Hill Moes...you failed on Sunday night supper.

Every time we eat here we get great portions with the Homewrecker Bowl & good service. We always eat inside & get drink refills & such. Having tried all of the faster 'Mexican' food options in the area, this is the best. They have better ingredient variety & seasoning than anywhere we've tried.

Went to Moe’s for lunch later in the afternoon. The staff was friendly and attentive. The burrito I ordered (Homewrecker) was stuffed with the ingredients that I chose, and was warm and delicious. They stuff the burritos so full, it is a very nice portion and filling. The price was good for the portion they give. The atmosphere in the restaurant is okay. It was clean, but it really didn’t have much of a decor, just tables and chairs in a room. Let’s be honest though, I didn’t go for a dining experience, I went for a good burrito, and I certainly got that.

My family have frequented many Moes all over Tennessee & Alabama. This one in Spring Hill is by far the most organized one we go to. Even the young men they have hired that attend Summit HS carry themselves well and provide excellent service.

Every time I'm here it's fast service and 99.9% of the time the tables are clean to immediately sit down at. Means the crew is always watching the dine in area! Great job there. The chips n salsa always seem fresh to me. You can tell once the tomatoes turn. Great job at this location and keep up the great work! Kudos to the GM there. You got a nice team!!! ?

The food here is pretty good however 3 of the past 4 times I've been here they have been out of unsweetened tea, Diet Coke, and diet Dr Pepper. The staff seems annoyed when I ask them to either brew tea or refill the drink syrup. The dining room is usually a mess as well. I hope they get their act together because the food is good and one of the healthier fast food options.

We've been going there for 3 years. The Mexican rice has gotten so salty we switched to the white rice. Last night, the chips were so salty we couldn't eat them. My adobo chicken burrito had no taste whatsoever. Very disappointed and we won't be going back.
Moes is always fresh and a good meal. We usually do take out just because we can be home with mom as it's hard for her to get out. But every time I have ordered through the app our food is always fresh, and the order is always right. We enjoy this place and we are regulars, either dine in or takeout. It's funny I can hear them saying "welcome to Moes" even when we do takeout. Lol at least it's a good thing.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. We were not greeted as this is part of the job and it definitely keeps up the friendly welcome. The staff was rude and not one of them smiled nor wanted to be there. I observed 2 staff members prepare food for themselves and proceed to eat right where the food for the public was with the same gloves that just served the last customer. The employee did not wash her hand in the sink that was right behind her! She continued to serve the next customer’s food with her eating fingers. One employee was in the lobby laying down on the bench on her cell phone, keep in mind there were dirty table’s everywhere but break and cell phone time was more important. This established unsafe food and the food was cold and just made us decide that this was our last visit. Stay safe my friends eat elsewhere.
