Highly recommend if you're looking for something better than Jets or Papa John's, not amazing pizza but not bad.

Tired of locals telling you they found the best pizza but you're still dying for the REAL stuff? Look no further. Nelly's is it. Real NY style pizza in a Pizzaria environment (nuttin fancy). Went there for lunch and got the double crust. YUGE! And satisfying. Crust, sauce and cheese are authentic and delicious. You walk in and they have pans of lasagna, ziti, spaghetti all there for the ordering. Canoli and other desserts lined up and ready to go. Dynamite. My go-to for authentic Eye-talian cuisine from here on out. Nelly's; you have delivered our area from weird stuff being called pizza and saved thousands of us refugees from eating it. THANK YOU!

Do these people understand Italian. I placed an order on the phone. I said sausage and peppers sub, I asked and said specifically, hoagie, submarine. ya know like at Jersey Mike's, subway etc. Yes was her response. I asked are they spicy sausage or sweet. She had to ask, she came back and said they are not hot or spicy. I get a spicy sausage, in a pita like bread. They have the gaul to call themselves Italian. Discraceful. Frankie's Grill and or Salvos they get Italian. 12 dollars for garbage!

As a Google master reviewer, I hate doing reviews like this but there's nothing positive about my experience with Nelly's. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how dirty the restaurant was. Every table was dirty and the few employees standing around seemed oblivious to the fact. The high school age kid putting the pizza slices in the oven did not even make eye contact with me when he mumbled "What can I get you?" When I told him what I'd like, he did not respond and continued to make pizza. It took about 30 seconds before he looked up and I was able to place an order.I noticed a few employees not wearing anything to cover their hair and how they were throwing cup lids like frisbees at each other. One kid was smacking gum while leaning over the food line. Against my better judgment, I proceeded to purchase the food for my daughter and I. It didn't take long before the pizza came out. We had to personally clean the table off from all of the crumbs and debris ourselves while some of the other employees watched me do it without a care in the world. I began eating the double crust pizza and noticed how much grease was on the pizza. Not that big of a deal, it's pizza but combined with the very cheap taste of the rest of it, it was kind of off-putting.I took a bite of my daughter's cheese pizza slice and realized the food here doesn't taste very good. As I was drinking my Sprite I noticed a few black specs floating in my drink. I brought it up to the girl at the register and she said she would give me another cup. I told her I did not want another cup because it's probably from the ice machine having mold in it. She then took a cup and poured ice into it from the machine, looked at me and said there's nothing in the ice machine. I politely said okay, cleaned my table and left. A woman who I believe to have been the manager was sitting two tables down listening to the entire interaction. Not even an apology for the dirty restaurant, the bad food, or the dirty drink. If there is a general manager that reads this and cares, I was there Thursday May 11th between 2:30pm and 3:00 p.m.I understand that mistakes are made and you can't make employees do everything they're supposed to do all the time. That's not what turns me off about this business. It's the lack of consideration for the customer that shows me exactly everything I need to know about this business.

NY Pizza in the house! Since moving to TN from NY I have not had pizza that is anything near NY. Well, I finally found the spot and close to home too! I stopped in for a couple of slices to not commit to a pie and I’m pleasantly surprised! Looking forward to a whole pie in the future. Crossing my fingers they use crumbles sausage.

Nelly's is our go to for great pizza! Danielle and Ryan put a lot of time and effort into their work and it shows. The pizza is by far the best in town and as close to what I could see as being authentic NY style pizza. The double crust is enough for an army. 10 for 10 would recommend!

I ordered take out with nellys pizza and the staff was very friendly but that’s about it with this place. I don’t know what it is about food places in Spring Hill but if you want sometime GOOD to eat, go to Franklin, Antioch or Nashville. This pizza was NASTY, my family was extremely disappointed, the cheese on the large pepperoni pizza was gooey, bland, and smelled bad. the garlic knots were also very bland and just dry, the only “flavor” on it was a overpowering amount of garlic, and don’t get me started on the “double crust meat lover”, if you’re going to put that much breading on a pizza at least make sure it’s cooked all the way. It was doughy and flavorless and the cheese was also bland as well at the meats itself. I don’t understand how everything in this pizza tasted like air. And the house salad ? NASTY lettuce was wilted and it smelled BAD.
