Absolutely garbage pizza hut location. I'm only 12 minutes away from this place and they refuse to deliver. It's "outside their delivery range" or whatever they said on the phone. 12 minutes away! I guess they don't want my money.

Picked up an order from inside the store and I got no acknowledgement that I came for 5 minutes. One employee saw me from the drive-thru section but didn't say anything, I had to say hello loudly before I got some form of acknowledgement but her return response "What do you need" rudly. Poor customer service, definitely will not return to this Pizza Hut location.

The pizza was ready when promised. The staff was friendly and fast. The pizza was amazing. Just the way I ordered it. Yum!Vegetarian options: You can order a delicious veggie pizza and skip all of the meats for a healthier option.

Updating my review because I never even got my pizza order. Horrible customer service. Talked to an individual named Patrick (if that is truly his name) and he was so rude and unpleasant to speak with the whole time. Unacceptable. Go to Papa John’s instead, at least they will be decently nice to you there.
The worst service I have ever I can’t even say received because I never received my pizza I ordered at 8:26 Sunday night and never received them and a guy named “Patrick” he says his name is was very rude and condescending to both me and my girlfriend, I stopped ordering from here because last time he was rude to me as well but he gave me the name “Ladarius” when I asked for his name which I knew was fake but I really wanted to give it another try but I can’t he was worse this time and once again no pizza he has called us back 3-4 times with excuses I placed my order at 8:26…I love Pizza Hut but this location is awful he should not be working the phones and you guys shouldn’t have people working there that don’t care about your business, it saved me $40 I won’t order form this location again

Ordered a stuffed crust marinara and cheese pizza, selected no toppings because the deal was for 1 topping and wrote no topping in comments. Called the store, five times explaining I got lectured about how I screwed up my own order and got exactly what I ordered. Horrible experience for my kids. I will not go back to Spring Hill TN Pizza Hut.
