This place is closed and it makes sense as it had gone down hill. What a shame as it was good in the beginning.

This Popeyes is truly a modern marvel. They somehow remain in business despite rarely being open and rarely having staple menu items available. Try to dine there on any given evening at peak dinner time (5:30-6pm), and it is a MIRACLE if they're open! If by some small chance you're able to catch this establishment open for business, good luck attempting to order things like mashed potatoes, fries, and, yes, even chicken. And if you're brave enough to ask them to honor the coupons that are in the weekly paper, be prepared for rejection. Before you try and blame the pandemic or inflation, please know this has been going on for several years here in Spring Hill. It's almost like an urban legend at this point--you stare in awe when you hear of someone who was able to dine at this location in recent years. If you like to gamble, this Popeyes is the Popeyes for you.

Bro don't bother. The last five times I've been here it was only been 25% good. Bad fries / bad chicken etc. you would have better luck at the KFC that closed across the street. I get it finding people is hard but serving terrible food is a crime especially with what it cost these days.

I don’t think a drive thru could move any slower. Over an 30 minute wait. Absolutely not worth it. The girl at cash register moves like a turtle and can hardly pick up things with her long nasty nails. Then you have to ask her for the items that you already ordered.

Do not count on this Popeyes getting your order right. They are always out of something or closing early or they just don’t get your order right. You will be disappointed 9 out of your 10 visits for sure. Newest issue is: Placed order online and they didn’t get it. Claim they haven’t been getting online orders since Thanksgiving. You’d think they could get that fixed a month later?!?!

I guess the first red flag was the hours state closes at 7 yet the lobby was locked at 6? this is the week of Xmas shopping (lots of hungry shopper) so definitely surprised but went ahead with the drive through even though it was a long line. at first I thought the drive through was closed after several cars got to the order window and then left immediately? I found out why: had to wait as the order taker keep saying please wait and then ordered an 8 pc and picked my favorite red beans and rice a real staple of Popeyes! shocked when she said oh we're out! wow how do you NOT have that an hour before closing? then I reluctantly asked for Cajon rice and was told oh we haven't had that for a while! WHY IS IT STILL ON THE MENU THEN? Needless to say I was done and left! my thinking is just some lazy employees so I won't be back! if I could give zero stars I would and I really wonder if the owner is even aware of this? wow!

While placing an order, I asked for dark meat only for one of the combos (a 4 piece chicken combo). I was told that they were instructed by their GM that they must mix the chicken and not do a 4 piece dark only. So, GM if you're reading this review, I want you to know that I think it's pathetic, not to allow your staff to accomadate a simple request.I have never had such a simple request at a fried chicken restaurant denied (unless they were out of dark meat) it's shameful that this Popeyes is not more customer oriented. If you can't serve your customers simple request, you have no business managing a service oriented business!

Terrible experience! I went to the Popeyes location in Spring Hill, TN. I had the worst experience that I’ve had with a fast food restaurant in many years. I went through the drive through and they would only take cash through the window. I had to come inside if I wanted to use a debit card. I used cash which was fine, just inconvenient. I placed my order at 5:37pm according to the receipt. It took to 6:15pm and I’m just getting my food. 38 min! When I got my food, half of the order was missing so I had to park and go back inside since I had been asked to pull up to a front door. I’m glad I checked everything instead of driving away. I’ve been to this location three times over the past year and every time there’s been some weird customer service issue. When I went inside it took another 10 min get my remaining food. The manager didn’t say anything to me, seemed checked out, and was acting strange. Either I have very bad luck or there’s a management/leadership issue here that’s causing it. It’s so bad this time that I took the time to leave a review. The food is good but the customer service is so bad it’s killing this location. I’m wondering if it’s a corporate store where management issues are being overlooked or if the local owner/operator just doesn’t care.

Went 1 day, staff inside, no one came to the call box after talking to others waiting in line. They called and was told waiting on the manager..we left. Came back a 2nd time this time drove up window and was told about a 15 minute wait. The chicken was fresh and hot and good.

Stopped for lunch while shopping in Spring Hill since our Popeyes is temporarily closed. But shocked to see they were out of chicken legs and coleslaw. My chicken breast tasted as expected but my mom said her wings tasted old.

If you like to wait 30 mins for your food and have them miss somthing and not even get you the right drink, you'll love it their. I've been here 5 time and they never let me down!

I’ll preface this review with I’m a pretty chill person who has a lot of respect for restaurant workers. This store is often out of certain items and closes at random times that are never reflected online. If you plan on eating here, be sure to call beforehand. Pros: workers are nice, app easily issues refund for store being closed Cons: store is closed at peak hours without notice, often out of popular items.

Pulled into to drive through at 7pm on a Friday. Was told they were open for mobile orders only. I said thank you and pulled into a parking spot and placed an order on the mobile app. When I pulled back around to give them my mobile order number I was told this time, 4 min from ordinal interaction, they’re closed. I said I have a mobile order. They said well if it wasn’t placed before 6pm they wouldn’t get it or prepare it! So apparently you have until 6pm to order food from a fast food restaurant that closes at 9pm on a Friday night! Would not recommend giving your money to this location. Will never go here again and hope they close indefinitely. This way the space can be used for a company who can provide the service they advertise.
