We really love Power Up Nutrition in Spring Hill. Every time we go there they are so friendly. Our shakes & 32 oz Fussion drinks were wonderful! I highly recommend the Watermelon Cooler!
I love this place!! I am from Michigan I travel to Springhill a couple of times a year and this is a must stop for me. The smoothies are healthy and delicious. My Smoothie today was a Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana. So Awesome

Post workout shakes are great! Great selection of different ones! Haven't had one that's bad yet! Banana Muffin with coffee today! Ryan is an awesome guy as well and always makes the best shakes!
