I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about.I just came through the area for a doctor's appointment, and checked for the closest coffee place and was surprised by the negative feedback. This was still a very convenient location, so I went in.Ordered a almond milk chai, and a regular dirty chai. I asked for a cheese danish and was looked at like a deer in headlights...asked for another common item and didn't know if anything was available. I hope it's just untrained/new employees and that eventually that store will run smoothly and experience willl prevail. I love Starbucks.

The girls behind the counter were rude. No one was at the counter so I said “hello?” and they were in the back and said “we’ll be there, just be patient.” Then I ordered my drink and they were silent: no please, no thank you, and when my drink was passed across the counter, I said “thank you” and they turned around and walked away. I was the only person there and it was 8:30am on a Wednesday (today), and it was two girls in their early 20s. Just rude and unprofessional.
