Been coming here for a couple years now and today had less than usual amount of proteins. Only 2 pieces of grilled shrimp and maybe a tablespoon of the crabmeat salad, not very good .

I put in an online order, and didn’t realize i added two of the same bowls, just needed one. I got to the place and informed the assistant manager that i didn’t mean to add 2 just want one. He told me that’s not his problem and that it’s my fault for adding two bowls mind you, it’s NOT paid for yet. So he tells me because they don’t have much to spare extra bowls, that i have no choice to pay for both. Service was very disappointing because usually the guy is very nice. Shrimp and chicken was overcooked, everything else was great.

The boba tea and the pokè were delicious! I got the Jasmine Milk Green Tea boba with tapioca and it was very floral, the tapioca was cooked perfectly. The Pokè was custom built and it was great!Dietary restrictions: They offered a section for dietary restrictions when making your poke bowl! Love that!

Can someone tell me why it's called an Ice Cream shop with only Boba drinks and poke???? We got boba but was just okay. Really wanted the rolled ice cream, though.

It was my first time visiting, I initially came for the poke bowl but decided to add on bubble tea. I ordered the Thai tea and my little sister ordered the brown sugar cream mousse. Both were delish. But can we just say how AWESOME Abby is!!! Both my sister and I were bubble tea first timers and she did a wonderful job explaining all things bubble tea! She was a pleasure to converse with and very knowledgeable! She noticed my hands were full as I was holding my sleeping infant, so she offered to give us bags to help carry the additional drinks we ordered. After talking and learning more from her yes we ended up ordering a couple of more drinks! We ended up ordering her fav the cappuccino bubble tea. I'll be back for sure because the food and drinks were good, but her customer service is great!
