Went through drive through and ordered an paid for all large meals but was given all medium. When I called trying to correct the issue the manager Kenetha Darden wanted to lie and argue on the phone instead of correcting the mistake saying "if u don't like it u can call corporate" the place is already over priced but to not get what u pay for is just too far. Especially when the Ruben I ordered had stale bread and wasn't cut in half like it's supposed to be and the fries were old and cold. I will be contacting corporate

I took my fiancé & my mother in law out to eat for lunch, we chose Arby’s and I’m honestly shocked! The woman as cashier her name was Mary, she was so sweet , So polite and very helpful. And as for the cooks, the food was absolutely delicious! It came out super quick and was still hot and fresh. I definitely will be visiting again soon!❤️
