This under cooked biscuit is unacceptable at 6:45 in the morning..I don't eat fast food alot, and this was the first time in a year that I came here and back then it was meh. I will.have to say and not that it matters, I will not be back.

Just got home and opened the order that I made inside at the counter. And of course it was wrong! I ordered the three piece dark meat (two thighs and a drumstick) what I got was a wing and a breast, I'm very fond of dark meat and only tolerate breasts and wings, So I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED and less than happy. Been a while since I went there because they had screwed up my order that time too. That makes 3 strikes, so off to Zaxby's from now on or Willie Mae's BBQ, NO MORE BO's!

We ordered a 12 piece family meal. The chicken taste like it was cooked in old burnt oil. This was not the first time we had this experience at this location, it will be the last time. Our town is too small for this hit or miss.

I don't eat here a lot, but I've had more negative trips here than positive.When the right employees are there, it can be okay. Most of the time, they made it feel like I was an inconvenience to them, not a customer.I would also recommend using cash at this location. A while back, after a trip here, I ended up with an attempted 900 dollar charge to my card for some wigs! Someone else posted that they had the same thing happen. I'm pretty sure the person that took card numbers is no longer there, but I'd still be cautious.
