The perfect option for spoiling the wife with a sweet treat when we only have a few minutes of "us time".Kid-friendliness: The small & mini sized treats are a great way to reward the kids for good behavior!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Had 10 people waiting inside in line for over 20 minutes while everyone could clearly hear the manager say that no one inside was important as the drive thru!! Won’t be back, recommend that you don’t either.

Absolute worst service I have ever had at a fast food place. Ordered ahead then they asked us to pull forward. Girl at window on 10-29-23 at 8:00 pm took 20 minutes before my husband had to go in and ask for our food. He went in and they still forgot my drink and my sauces. I don't understand how it is so hard for people to read a receipt and not take 30 minutes to give someone their order when 3 other cars went in and out of line. HORRIBLE.

See picture, this is what your chicken sandwich will be and it's dry. This is how you loose customers! This is not worth what I paid. Will not be back. I want to see the lettuce in my sandwich, I want a chicken patty and sauce and a piece of tomato that is bigger than a pickle slice. Skimping your customers looses your customers, maybe that is why at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was your only customer. Well, you lost another one.The blizzards are good. My lunch was extremely sad!

I'm giving them a 2 star for my pitiful chicken sandwich, it has 2 chicken tenders on it and a 1 inch by 1 inch pieces of lettuce and an 1and a half inch piece of tomato. The blizzard was fine , but $25.00 for a crap sandwich and a Fry and 3 medium blizzards, sorry won't be back. Where is the chicken patty that belongs on the sandwich? Where is the lettuce and tomato, sorry the tiny piece doesn't count. No wonder your not busy at noon. Your cheating your customs. That's how you go out of business!

Just had a strawberry new York cheese cake blizzard. It was good especially on a hot day like today. It was expensive but part of the cost is supposed to be donated to children's network for research so it was worth it.

Very slow service due to short staffed. Never have chocolate ice cream somehow. Whether it's 10 people in the drive thru or just you, it still takes 20+ minutes to get your food

I have put this review off for many visits, but today is not the day. What in the world is happening with the ice cream! They haven't been turning our blizzards upside down in front of us for a minute now. The ice cream is half melted and gets all over the car! So disappointing! Fix it DQ!

Stopped in ordered 2 meals we received drinks, cheeseburgers, but never got our onion rings. How the hell does that happen? Ate our cheeseburgers and still never received onion rings.Never again. All fast food restaurants are lacking in quality, and customer service. Pitiful...

So we go get 2 medium twist cones Sunday evening only to be met with ignorance. We were not told at the speaker they were out of chocolate ice cream…..had we been told that fine, no problem. We then get to the window and it takes awhile but finally the lady hands us one chocolate dipped cone. My boyfriend says, ummm we ordered two twist cones not chocolate dipped. The lady takes the one cone back inside and with her back turned to us says to the next lady that comes up with another chocolate dipped cone something (who knows as the window is shut), she then rolls her eyes and grabbed the other cone and hands them both out to us. My boyfriend says once again, we ordered twist cones. She says we don’t have chocolate ice cream and hands them to us and shuts the window. A more appropriate response to this whole situation SHOULD have been to let your customers know at the speaker what you don’t have when they order. If you missed that opportunity, then you ask the customer at the window if they would be open to a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate or offer their money back since you already collected it. Also the young lady who collected the money struggled to count the bills and change (which is even more sad). Dairy Queen you need to re-teach your employees proper customer service!!!!!!

Today (1-4-23), they were unable to sell Burgers for some reason, and they let us know up front before placing any order. This helped us to change our menu picks before ordering. It seemed short staffed, but the service was still quick.
