We have always had great pizza and service. Tonight, I'd like to talk about our delivery driver Caden. Our delivery was speedy and Caden was very friendly. Approximately 45 minutes after he delivered our pizza; he came back to return money which I had over paid.This young man, Caden, should be commended for his honesty and integrity. Thank you Caden!!!

This is by far the worse pizza I've ever gotten from here. I was even waiting for it to come out of the oven. What I got...overcooked & burnt. Only part edible is the middle pieces & it's like cardboard!! Do better! What a waste bc they won't answer the phone to get this fixed. I have pic but it won't let me load them to the review.

I walked in to pick up my pizza, there were 2 employees of which none recognized there was a customer in front of them. One standing with his back to me and one facing me with wings coming out of the oven belt, on his social media who didn't even look up. I stood there to see how long it took to be recognized. Approximately 5 minutes before the first employee turned around in which I scared him and then the prep person jumped, put his phone down and grabbed the wings from the oven. These young employees definitely need to pay attention to their store and turn the music down

Never get my entire order. And then they say we can give you a credit but it won't be in online system you have to call us. I keep going back as it is convenient but done. Prices keep going up and service keeps getting worse.

Have been calling for over 15 minutes to place an order. I’m listening to a recorder saying a team member will be with you shortly. This is ridiculous. If they have workers there who do not want to work, then don’t waste someone’s time. There is no excuse for this kind of inefficiency.

Everything is great here except for the lack of lighting entering the location and in and around the store. I've been meaning to say something about this but this time I actually clipped the planter pulling in. It's way too dark with the store sign being on the building and not by the road. This may be an issue since it's in a tiny strip mall. But anything done to light up the entrance and around the drive thru area would be a vast improvement. You have to slow down and pull off the road and drive down so you don't miss the entrance and if someone is pulling out you can't pull in. I've almost been hit by people trying to find the entrance because they are focused on that as I'm pulling out. It's insane the lack of lighting all around the area of this location. No problem with anything else. There doesn't have to be a light pole to help with this. I hope there's no damage to my car! Please do something about this.
