Family of 9 dined for lunch. 2 grandparents, 2 parents, 5 grandchildren.Katia provided excellent service.Ichiban is the favorite restaurant for the grandchildren, ages 2 to 11.Adults are happy with every visit.Vegetarian options: 3 options for sushi rolls: cucumber, avocado, sweet potato.All worth trying.Sweet potato is my favorite.Also available: vegetable hibachi, but we didn't order it. Maybe next time.

I want to start this off by saying this. Sushi for me and a lot of people start's with the rice. The rice here is absolutely amazing. But more than that. The presentation is beautiful. The flavors mesh perfectly. There are times that you can just tell that the owners genuinely love what they have created. I noticed the owners seemed very nice to their employees. They smiled, and seemed happy to be there for their employees and customers. That in itself means a lot. But the food? Completely above and beyond what I would have imagined.
