Ordered a pizza for take out. It was very very good. A week or so later I ordered another from a different location and it was no where as good as the Jets in Springfield Tn. You guys in Springfield really know what you are doing. The service was great and very friendly.PS..I heard yall were hit by a tornado. I hope everyone is ok and you get back open asap..????

Ordered through text. Asked for 11:00AM Friday delivery (shows on the receipt)The driver said he didn’t get notified until 11:15AM, and was almost not able to pick up my order (which was already late)How did this happen? What can be done so it doesn’t happen again?I will not use delivery again.

I had a problem with an order where they left toppings off. I called and spoke to someone at this store where they said that I had a free pizza coming as a result and to just call back to order.When I called to order a few weeks later they couldn't find the credit.Good pizza but substandard management. I could have been offered a coupon when they couldn't find the credit but I guess that my business wasn't that important to them.

Jet's is a joke. $16+ for a poor 12" pizza that is really 10". Asked to eat in, ordered a small thin crust Supreme, a salad, and a bottle of soda. Twenty minutes later it was delivered to the table in a box, and salad was in a stapled bag. Then we were asked if we needed plates??? Hello, we were eating in!!! The salad was good, but the pizza was terrible. Digorno is way better and about $10 at a local grocery store. Don't bother going here, you will be disappointed.

Man I used to love Jets Pizza. I drove all the way to Springfield TN from Greenbrier to get my pizza. It was gross! Like carboard. I went in the location and no one was in the building. I had to wait. THe pizza was just awful. I am so upset. I will never be back. So sad!
