Place order for pick up at 1715hrs.Arrive at 1707hrs, food already to go. (Early, you’d think that was a good thing…)Get home to find items missing. No straws, no sauces for tenders, promotional nuggets completely mia.Food Luke warm at best, has me believing it was sitting there minutes before I arrived, which was already 8 minutes early…Do better.
I leave this high of a rating for one reason only. The customer service is beyond rating. The staff is very friendly, alert and attentive. This store should hang on to the staff they have because they are killing it. Will recommend to family and friends and no I’m not helping them they did it themselves. Great job guys!! I will return ?

In response to the previous comment, KFC isn’t required to wear gloves unless making a sandwich or you have fake nails. Different restaurants have different regulations.

What food establishment does not wear gloves when touching customers food or the containers the food is being served in? I experienced that last night, where a worker stuck their hand in the bucket to put down a paper, then proceeded to twirl the bucket around their hand waiting for the chicken to finish cooking, then loaded the bucket with chicken - all while not wearing any type of gloves. The manager's response was that it is KFC's policy that they do not need to wear gloves unless they are breading the chicken or touching raw food. There is no policy about touching the inside of the bucket or anything else that your food is being served in. I can guarantee I will not be back. How unsanitary is that?
Some people don't wanna go thru the drive thru. We wanted to eat inside cause of an elderly individual. The dining area was a MESS. We literally had to clean our own table. Come on now. Your prices are high enough that you should be able to hire someone to do this. One individual can only multi task so much. We waited on our meal for way longer then we expected but the food was good. Do you people let customers know how much SALT you use to prepare your products? I think it should be visible to everyone.
