Most of the time they are quick but when they are a bit slower, the food is always fresh.Everyone is nice and actually cares about you getting your order quick and correct.The fill the fry box all the way, which is rare these days and nice.A but expensive but that doesn’t reflect on the score for that’s something the restaurant can’t help.

I will NEVER come here again and I sincerely hope that McDonalds goes out of business forever because McDonalds is what is wrong with this entire world. You are the dirtiest, most incompetent, rudest, most poorly trained, and uncaring restaurant in the world. Your employees ignore the front counter to try to force customers to use the filthy bacteria ridden kiosks. The employees are openly hostile to customers who wait to be served by a human. I witnessed employees lie to 2 different customers while I waited 25 minutes to not get my food and eventually get a refund. Employees told customers that they were required to use the kiosks or go to the drive through. But people don’t want to go to the drive through because, not only is it IMPOSSIBLE to get treated with respect or get a correct order, the employees are TIMED at how long someone is at their window so they send people off to park and wait for their food, illustrating to the customer that the important thing is numbers, not customers. I told my son how children used to want nothing more than to have their birthday parties at McDonalds when I was a kid, and now it’s just a place that smells like sewage (literally) that people don’t yet realize how bad it actually is because they are so busy, but people are gradually catching on, and I hope more than anything that this scourge on society disappears forever. I hate McDonalds. And my wife says your prices suck.

Very very very disappointed ordered a Big Mac meal and the Big Mac came like this! Called and a manger by the name of Kiya tells me to give her name to get a remake when I arrive. gets there and an employee tells me to wait and goes to the back, when he returns he tells me sorry she did not communicate with the other mangers so I will have to pay! So I asked if I should I try and call tomorrow to speak with Kiya and make sure she communicate with the others to receive my Big Mac and he says yes cause I Was Not finna pay again. Overall I’m disappointed and still have not received anything!!!!!!!.

I waited in Drive thru line. ( only 1 line open) . Waited 3 cars , 25 minutes tOnly to be told out of food out of drink. No fish sandwiches. No sprite or coke. Put a sign in yard or on menu!!!

My recent visit to McDonald’s left much to be desired, primarily due to an unexpectedly prolonged wait time that tested my patience. Anticipation for a quick and convenient meal turned into frustration as the clock ticked away, and 30 minutes later, I found myself still waiting for my order.The ambiance, typical of fast-food establishments, was overshadowed by a sense of inefficiency in the service. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and the pace of order fulfillment was notably sluggish. While I understand that busy periods can challenge any fast-food restaurant, a 30-minute wait time is considerably beyond the acceptable threshold.The delay not only affected my personal schedule but also tainted the overall experience. The promise of fast and convenient service, a hallmark of McDonald’s, felt compromised. Despite the familiar menu and the comfort associated with the brand, the extended wait diminished the joy typically associated with a visit to this renowned fast-food chain.In fairness, I hope this experience is an anomaly rather than the new norm, as McDonald’s has a reputation built on efficiency and speed. I trust that they will address such issues promptly to maintain their standing as a go-to destination for quick and satisfying meals.

“ This is more for management of this McDonald’s” I drive a company vehicle that’s to tall for the drive thru so I went and did curbside since the lobby was closed. I was in a bit of a hurry because I needed to return the vehicle by a certain time but decided to stop real quick anyways and ordered a mocha frappe on the Mobile app 5 mins before I got there and got to the curbside parking space put my number in for the spot and waited about 15 mins and kept seeing people come and go. I got tired of waiting so I went inside and they said they gave my order away to someone else and they would remake it. I stood there for another 10 minutes while I’m assuming this is the manager but she just kept on talking and not focusing on getting my order out. (She was kind of tall and blonde) This lady’s lack of good customer service was very frustrating and it made me late. The whole point of curbside is so your order is already ready when you get there. Hope this issue gets addressed and fixed because no one should have to wait for someone to stop talking to other employees to receive what they ordered. This happened at around 8:30-9pm
