i ordered online. after 1 hour i called to cancel order. spoke with a gentleman and he said he would cancel and refund my card. when i asked for his name, the call was disconnected. i called back and asked to speak with a manager. a yound lady answered, said her name was layla. as i was speaking with her, the delivery guy pulled into the parking lot, she asked me to hold. i could see the guy throw my office window talking to someone on the phone. he then drove off. she came back on the phone and said he tried to call me but did not get an answer. i informed her that was no so, that i saw the gentleman pull in and out and at no time did my phone ring. she stated my card would be refunded in 48 to 72 hours. i asked for an email confirmation and she stated very aburptly she could not send an email, i would have to check my card, told me to have a good day and hung up.

Horrible service and experience…45 mins late and the manager lied on the driver 10 different ways. Worst part was the manager, Leah, blamed the driver for it being late and said she did not have his phone # to call and see where he was. I made it clear that I even had his phone number, but was trying to be respectful and call the store back instead of him. She said she couldn’t access the employee files to get the info. Who says this to a customer? Worst part is my food was cold and I had to reorder from Dominos….they got it right and delivered it within 25 mins.

Went to.pizza hut and ordered a pizza 30 minutes later it comes out wrong. When speaking with employees and manager one goes to the back and yells this lady said all.her order is wrong. Never did manager come up from in the back. An employee comes from.outside and says what's wrong. So I tell them . Now waiting again

Leah at the Springfield, TN location was awesome! She was running the night shift by herself with one driver doing the deliveries. She took our order, and they got the food to us in under an hour. The food was still hot and they gave us plenty of sauce. She was very courteous, and had excellent customer service skills. The driver was very polite too! Definitely will order from them again. They’re really hard workers, and care about their customers.
