Great addition inside of Kroger. Love getting a coffee while I’m grocery shopping!

Couldn’t have been a better experience George was lovely in Starbucks Springfield so warm hearted and kind. Best hot chocolates ever as always. Will definitely keep this as my local Starbucks xx
They closed way early, if you can't handle a 8 hour shift then you can't handle a simple job to be honest. Why do you work if you want to close early. It says they close at 8 and they closed at 7

Between the terrible customer service and the lowest quality Starbucks drinks I’ve experienced, I have realized I am better off driving 40 mins to the next closest Starbucks. There is typically only one employee working at a time, which is understandable for a Kroger Starbucks, IF it wasn’t the only Starbucks in town. This Starbucks does not just serve grocery shoppers, but the entire town of Springfield and surrounding towns as well, I imagine. It is evident by the very long lines and wait times that this Starbucks needs more than one person working at a time. Perhaps the fact that only one person is stuck under the intense pressure making drinks for 10-person lines, all by themselves, is why they are so rude. Paul is a great barista but the rest I have encountered have been incredibly rude, and on more than one occasion as well. Which says a lot, being from the suburbs of Chicago, which was apparently labeled the 4th rudest city in the country. ??♀️
