Nice place to still come and get your coffee there pretty quick amd fast especially in the mornings. They are very clean and the lonny is very nice , warm , and is welcoming. I overall recommend doing service with this business to get your coffee Also there cake pops are amazing also. Just a little pricey on the products but is worth it very much
Was passing through Springfield not long ago and stopped by this Starbucks! Linda took my order and was SO nice. She has a smile that radiates like the sun. If I lived in the area this would be my go to store. Thank you team and thank you Linda! You all brightened my day ??

Service is always fast and friendly for me! I have used both mobile ordering and mobile n person. The atmosphere is great; peppy music playing but not so loud that you can’t work or have a conversation. The bathrooms are clean and I love the ?️? flag in the hallway signaling everyone is welcome! This is a welcome addition to Springfield!

Had a mobile order placed it ahead of time by at least 10-12 mins through the app said pickup est for 737am ok cool that's only ab 3-5 mins extra once I arrive not a problem go in and wait then as I stand there for 15 additional mins I finally get asked what name is on my order so then I expect they notice I shouldn't be here this long either right but guess what it took an additional 10min to get my drink and it was still wrong but I had to run with it now bc they've put me behind for my day and Id expect a wait if it wasn't a mobile order during rush hr but this was just ridiculous there were people in line after me and long gone way before me in the drive through and coming in the doors I'll def be finding a new coffee spot for awhile

Fast service, very friendly and they make my Caramel Frappuccino the way I asked them to make it not stingy at all with Caramel drizzle ? it's the reason I kept coming back to the same place. Excellent!!
I made my mobile order. Drove 17 minutes to the store and still waited 40 minutes for 2 coffees. When I received my coffees, mine was not made properly. I'm on dietary restrictions. I put them into the system so that they could make how i requested and they still don't make it right.This this used to be my favorite store. Not so much anymore. I will say Marcus and one female with no name plate were great everyone else was looked like they hated their jobs. Come on starbuck you charge outrageous prices and this is what we get in return.Dietary restrictions: It doesn't really matter, they do not pay attention to what you've added or took away
