The food is alright but I just wish I would get what I actually ordered. I get what I ordered read off to me before I pull out, I open up the plate as I’m leaving and it’s wrong. I look at the receipt and it’s wrong. Why tell me a price and the receipt not match it? Just tell me I can’t get what I want at that

The staff is rude. They never even look at you.. they keep talking to each other while handing your food and drinks out the window. The chicken on the sandwiches are awful. The texture is like rubber. I used to love Zaxbys but these past few years it's always a let down.

The food here is good. The staff is rude and unfriendly. On multiple occasions, I have asked for 2-3 extra tenders for my meal. When I received my salad, they said they put it on there, but when I asked about it they were rude and argue with me. There is no difference in the standard tenders and if you pay for more. Either way, you get very little. It’s frustrating to request more tenders and pay the huge difference but not get anymore.
