Wait was ridicules. All I asked for was 4 piece original and 2 wraps took 10 minutes and had to ask that they go back and get my drink after it was forgotton. Tazewell location is the worst.

Waited 5+ minutes inside, no one took our order. Saw the drive thru was moving quickly, got in line. When we got to the speaker box no one said anything, after another 5 + minute wait I said "hello". Voice in the box said the inside was busy, I would have to wait until they got them caught up....we left.

Dry old nasty chicken so dry there was no grease from it being fried. Forgot the gravy, forgot the dipping sauce they asked if we wanted. Spent $64 bucks for NASTY food. We will not be back again!
