Great barbecue with fantastic sides. We had pulled pork sandwiches with mustard potatoe salad and fried okra. We sat on the back, screened in, covered porch, and watched 2 geese families with a total of 8 babies. The waitress was extremely friendly. We had a great experience and will make this a regular stop when we are in town!
The food and service were excellent! I had the pulled chicken sandwich was extremely happy with it!*Update*It was so good the first time I went back the next day and tried the brisket. The flavor was awesome! I'll be hitting this place up again the next time I'm in town.Parking: There is a decent amount of parking, but it is shared with 2 other businesses. I went for a later dinner and had no trouble finding a spot.

As many people in this area, we are tourists here in the Smoky Mountains looking for a good meal. I’m so glad we stopped for lunch. First thing we noticed is the restaurant was neat and clean! We opted to sit on the rear screened deck to enjoy a beautiful spring day. I have to say I love my BBQ and this place does not disappoint. Best meal we had all vacation and one of the best Pulled Pork Sandwiches I’ve ever had (maybe the best all-time!) Sandwich was on a nice sturdy roll that holds up until the end. Fried Okra was done perfectly and not slimy (IYKYK) The couple that owns the place are super nice and friendly, even sharing their binoculars so we can do a little wildlife spotting during the very brief wait for our meals. German Chocolate Cake and Lemon Meringue Pie for dessert.I had both desserts. I overate. I had to.We will definitely be back next time we are near East Tennessee! Thanks for the unforgettable meal!
The gall darn friendliest hostess and chef. From the moment we walked in, until waving goodbye.The smoked chicken, brisket and beans are a mouthwatering sensation. We will be back to.try more menue items. Oh, and it's so clean, with a super nice atmosphere to top it off!

We both enjoyed our time here better than Jim bobs bbq up street Jim bob was out a lot things on menu but not little River bbq much better service. We tried Little River BBQ today, 4/14/24. Y’all that was the best bbq we have ever eaten so far in TN. It had the best flavor and the meat was so tender. Highly recommend!! 10 out of 10. Service was also excellent!!

Great food! Staff is very kind and friendly. We met the cook and he is quite proud of his offerings and for good reason. Generous potions, fresh salad bar, sweet tea also some of the best we've had! Beautiful sitting on the Little River with indoor seating and screened in back porch seating which we would recommend.Highly recommend and we are going back!Wheelchair accessibility: The front entryway had wheelchair access into the restaurant and large doors
