Clean, comfortable. Bad service, cold and bland food. They were out of just about every other thing I had asked for. Would not recommend.

Ordered online for an 8:40 order. I arrived early at 8:20 to order a separate order. My first food was ready 20 minutes early and had been ready and was already cold. I ordered a drink with my other order and asked if I could go ahead and get that they said sure but with two people and no one to seat they could only talk.

I placed an online to go order went inside waited 30 minutes on a Tuesday at 1:40 got my food finally and it was all cold. This is the 3rd time in the last few months this has happened.

Decent food and nice, friendly servers. However, learned they are starting to do away with their credit card readers and forcing customers to scan the QR code, log into BWW website, and pay electronically. Took 10 minutes to figure it out with server's help. Notice that Service is one third of the rating and BWW corporate is trying to do away with service. Food and watching sports re-runs is not enough to keep customers.

Gave them two opportunities in one day and they failed both times. I placed an order online and it said to arrive at 1:50. I arrived at 1:45 and my food was sitting there. She gave me my food and I checked it before leaving and it was COLD and one of the burgers were bloody. I asked if I could have it remade and the girl went to get her manager. Now shame on the manager Dominic who came to me. “So we were late to pick up which resulted in cold food?” No actually we weren’t. I was 5 mins earlier then pickup time. He said well it’ll take 2-3 days for a refund or 15 mins for a remake. I said well we spent $33 on food and we have hungry people waiting on it so just remake it. 22 minutes and 10 second later he came back with the order.If that is remade fresh I am DISGUSTED! I ordered 3 meals with fries. I walked out with 3 orders and 2 fries. The brisket burger was cold and hard. And the fries were not even half a handful. Something my 2 year old would have enjoyed. Shame on you. I gave you two chances and you failed. All in the same day. I get it’s game day and your busy but rudeness and nasty food isn’t the way to keep customers. First and last time eating there. ??

Ordered buffalo chicken wrap and got the ranch version. All table tops were dirty and carpet looked like a food fight. Salsa with my chips could fit in a quater sized cup.

Took 15 minutes to get my flat not cold beer. For both orders of lemon pepper wings they put a dash on there it was basically nuggets. Also on the buffalo wings they could have put alot more sauce on, they were being stingy about it.
