My husband and I went to Burger King at around 2 April 12th 2024. The woman at the drive thru was very disrespectful from the moment we started to order. We pulled a little further from the window on accident and my husband went to reach his arm out to meet the lady with our card and she got very disrespectful for no reason we were very polite ordering even while she was being rude. The costumer service is very rude up there. I finally asked for a manager to serve us instead of the woman. Once I got home our order was completely wrong. I ordered their bacon and Swiss royal chicken sandwich I got a regular chicken sandwich. We both ordered two sweet teas and got unsweetened tea. The service here sucks

Spent $34.65 on three meals. All three cold. Two whoppers smashed down. Chicken sandwich old and yuck and cold. Fries dripping with grease. All three of us got sick.

I visited 12-15-23 late at night @1130. Very friendly, good service. He asked me to pull forward they were fixing fresh fries for me. It was much appreciated to have fresh food after being at the hospital with my mother all day.Thank

I eat here frequently but have never seen the service so slow or the fountain area so dirty. They are not rushed and there are not many customers in the dining area. The employees are usually on the ball but they disappointed today.

The frozen drinks are not worth your money. Let it sit for bout 15 mins, then it reduces to half a cup or less. Almost like you bought "air"

Ordered delivery. WORST food. It was COVERED in mayo, like they emptied a whole bottle of mayo. And they would NOT refund any of my money. Will never eat at the Tullahoma one again. NASTY.
