I was not pleased today. I ordered an 8 count chicken nugget meal and one of my nuggets looked like this (see photo).I also had ordered three ranch dips and received zero ranch dips.When I reached the window to pick up my food, the employee told me to pull up near another car that was waiting. I was confused on where to go, but went to where I thought she wanted. The employee walked over to me saying I had made a mistake on where to go and told me to just park in the pick-up spot. Very confusing directions in the drive-thru and they didn’t even fulfill my whole order.

They refused my service. We had a big truck hauling RZRs and couldn’t fit in the drive thru. The dinning room was closed so I walked up to the drive thru and they wouldn’t take my order and said it wasn’t allowed.

My daughter picked up dinner after a long day at work for the family and trusted the order was correct. She got home and one of the sandwiches from a combo was missing. A $47 order and when I called, Bethany from the Tullahoma,TN store with her very sweet voice stating it is my pleasure offered me a free sandwich the next time we ate there. Bethany… it is not free!!! We already paid for it!!! For the inconvenience of not having dinner, she fried offer me a free fry. When I told her that really didn’t make up for the inconvenience of hoping to have dinner after a hard day of nursing, both my daughter and myself, we didn’t get dinner, got offered a “free” sandwich that we already paid for and only after I questioned if this was really how she was going to make up for it, I was then offered a free fry and I could talk to someone else, then I guess it was her pleasure to disconnect me! Chick filet has always been one of my favorites, but after that experience, I am very disappointed in Chick filet in Tullahoma, TN!

Food and service is excellent.... and a friendly, orderly staff. The drive through is always full of cars and the way they handle that so efficiently to get the orders out, at the speed that they do, is amazing!!!!However, I don't like the dining room. It leaves something to be desired. It screams for a better design that is more conducive to the liking of the customer. Tullahoma, TN
