Friday 12-15-23. After Christmas shopping,My wife and 80 yr old mother wanted to sit down and eat. We walked in evidentially @15 minutes before closing .We wanted to try Fazoli's for our first time. A young man met us at the end of the counter as soon as we stepped through the doors and informed us that they were takeout only and we couldn't eat there if we ordered. I have never been told I couldn't order, sit and eat in a restaurant that I went in, no matter how close to closing.It looked like they were precleaned up to leave and Obviously what he was actually saying is they were walking out of the restaurant at 10:01.It's never good to turn away paying customers. They may not be back!Just a note:My wife and I walked in an Outback a few weeks back @20 minutes before closingThey were RockStars. It was a great experience, I gave them a GREAT review. It was good, fast and friendly service and actually one of the best meals I've had in quite a while.
Fazolis is always a favorite of mine. Those buttery garlicky breadsticks never disappoint. The service at this restaurant has always been good when I am there and I have had no issues. They are kind and friendly . With Fazolis being a favorite I have eaten at many different ones when I travel and this is one of the friendliest ones by far!

I had a surprisingly enjoyable experience at this place. I ordered the loaded fettuccine Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious. My dad opted for the meatball sub and he found it quite enjoyable as well. However, my mother went for the baked lasagna and while she liked it, she mentioned that it was a bit dry in the middle. On the bright side, the garlic bread sticks were excellent. Moreover, the prices were very reasonable, and I felt like I received great value for my money. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future.Vegetarian options: They do have a vegetarian menu.
