So just lastnight my fiancé went in to get my sandwich order for me and was treated very very poorly by a lady crew member there with a nose stud piercing and black and blue colored hair, Told me she was being aggressive with the handling of the food and the interaction of receiving his food. My fiancé has autism and i do not appreciate the service he received.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered online went to pick up noticed when I got back to work one of the subs were missing. We called to let them know the lady said we are out of that item even though they charged me for it. Then she requested that I call back in five minutes because she was too busy to deal with my problem. Last time I will ever visit this location.

Upon entering the building the young lady (Avery)informed me it would be awhile, she had a large order(5 giants) she was working on. Promptly after finishing that order she apologized for the wait and proceeded with my order. She never stressed, or seemed rude, and apologized again as she cashed me out.The food was delicious as always !!

I had went to Jersey Mike’s personally for the first time. I’ve had their subs before, but that’s on big party orders, The staff was so extremely helpful and friendly. They gave me a two dollar off coupon and toasted my sandwich when they usually don’t do it. (it was deeelicious) They made my first experience very memorable! Definitely coming back❤️

Stopped in a few days ago and forgot just how amazing Jersey Mike’s sandwiches are! The quality of food and the friendliness of the staff just can’t be beat! Store and bathroom was clean and my toddler became BFF with everyone! Won’t go anywhere else for sandwiches, ever again. Thanks y’all! You’re the best!

At 5 pm they had one experienced peron behind counter. Apparently 1 newbie and 2 people in the back room on break. Ordered and person who made the #43 didn't cut the giant sandwich and forgot the Chipotle Mayo so he put brown mustard after he cut it. We went back and questioned the mustard and were told we don't have brown mustard. We took some up and showed them and they said yes we do. It was the worse Jersey Mikes sandwich i have ever had.

If you like hot subs, this is the place to go!! They have got Subway beat, and this is definitely true when it comes to their hot subs. My favorites are the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and Philly Cheese Steak. At $15+ for a giant sub, it can be a little pricey for some ( you don't need the chips, this giant sub will fill you up)
